Technical Test Lead

• Strong liaising with Test Managers & Test Architects across different sites and ensure high quality project deliveries to Tier-1 mobile manufacturers
• Work with the customer to identify the Release content, prepare a plan and schedule and track the work packages to closure
• Daily tracking of feature artifacts and bugs/issues to ensure that any key issues are unblocked
• Raise early warnings in case of any potential slippages and work with managers to take the necessary actions to pull the schedule back on track
• Run Weekly meetings with teams to ensure that the guidance from the customer is presented to the team members for clear customer orientation  
• Work closely with Customer facing technical team members and provide necessary inputs for technical discussions with the customer
• Prepare a Product Test Delivery Roadmap and present the same to the management every quarter
• Maintain Project Plan and Risk Register and update the risks and Project plan(if needed) on a regular basis
• Responsible for supporting the Engineering Team in debugging problems
• Identify any process gaps and bring in new processes to address the existing gaps
• Responsible for reporting the Project status to various stakeholders within the company

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$148,900 to $204,700 annually
