Boeing Commercial Airplanes Production and Industrial Engineering (P&IE) is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst. This position supports recruiting, hiring, and workforce management of our manufacturing engineering population across Boeing Commercial Airplane programs.

In this mid-level role, we are seeking someone who can work independently with general direction, ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality, and communicate clearly to all collaborators. The successful candidate will proactively collaborate with peers and leaders, with the ultimate goal of providing potential candidates and new hires with an outstanding experience.

This is an onsite position located in Everett, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of plans for long-range staffing strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develop, coordinate and assess hiring actions for meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Review potential candidates for consideration in both direct and contract employment.
  • Assess applicant’s qualifications for employment.
  • Review candidate resumes for education, training and applicable experience.
  • Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews with selected candidates.
  • Ensure interview materials are prepared and management staff is prepared and scheduled to support the interviews.
  • Ensure all steps of the recruiting and hiring process for candidates is recorded and communicated.
  • Support onboarding of new hires.

Work Authorization:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience effectively communicating with multiple levels of organizational leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience as a Staff Analyst or closely related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting engineering or technical disciplines.
  • Experience in a human resources related role, such as recruiting, talent management, training and development, etc.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years’ related work
    experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
