Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an IT Business Operations Specialist who will be a key member of the KLA Global IT Financials team, responsible for IT contracts management, licenses, and other purchases. This role requires close communication with the CIO/CISO and their leadership team (service owners), procurement team, finance and functional business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain IT Contracts renewal

  • Provide monthly forecast together with periodic management reports based on analytics

  • Manage IT cost savings, return on investment, critical metrics

  • Follow standard purchasing business policies and processes and help drive procurement standard methodologies across global IT

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills

  • Able to effectively drive and lead meetings

  • Capture, analyze, and present data using strong and effective analytics abilities

  • Translate business and operational issues into functional plans

  • Lead Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics)

  • This role will be performed via a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days at the office are mandatory)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a preferred concentration in Operations, Finance or Supply Chain Management

  • Experience in a procurement environment, especially indirect procurement with a focus on Information Technology (IT) category

  • Comfortable with coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multifaceted, sophisticated, environment.

  • Ability to influence teams in a highly matrixed environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills

  • Analytical problem-solving and research skills

This is a Hybrid Role (minimum 2 days/week onsite) at our Midwest Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI 
 

Base Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00 Annually
