The Center Learning Innovation (CLI) is looking for a Learning Innovation Manager who wants to grow and contribute to a team of learning professionals. CLI, at the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis, provides consulting and custom learning solutions for the Federal Reserve System. In CLI, we value creativity, innovation and new ideas.

As a Learning Innovation Manager in CLI, you will report to a Learning Officer and manage a team of learning professionals who serve business lines across the Federal Reserve System. You will work with a management team to set a direction to enhance the impact of learning across the Federal Reserve.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of learning professionals, which includes clarifying performance expectations, delivering ongoing feedback, and promoting personal and career growth opportunities. 
  • Build and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices and research in learning innovation, instructional design and change management. Leverage this knowledge to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide oversight on all phases of projects, such as: resource allocation, design quality, communication, portfolio management, consulting and participation in client engagement meetings.
  • Collaborate with other managers to set standards and strategies for products and services.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure the understanding and execution of the CLI’s strategic direction, including leading multiple groups.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience required; including experience managing or influencing teams preferred.
  • Organizational change management experience or certification preferred. 
  • Experience working in an Agile work environment preferred.
  • Advanced degree in learning or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners, clients and other teams.
  • Demonstrated ability making complex decisions absent complete information. 
  • Demonstrated experience building and influencing effective and engaged teams.
  • Experience managing or working effectively with both hybrid and fully remote team members.
  • Travel (5%)
  • US Citizenship or lawful permanent resident intending to become a citizen who meets certain other requirements.

Salary: 105,000 – 155,000
