Job Duties
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as the CCC Plus Waiver Program Manager in the Office of Community Living/Waiver Unit.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus) Waiver Program Manager is responsible for the policy and operations oversight of the home and community-based services CCC Plus Waiver in the Office of Community Living.
The incumbent will leadership to the waiver team and will oversee.
This position will oversee waiver operations, quality improvement activities, and manage projects related to the enhancement of long term services and supports.
The scope of work includes research, strategic planning, team building, and program design activities to support high quality operations in compliance with Federal and State regulations, and the Department of Medical Assistance (DMAS) program requirements.
This position will manage multiple time-sensitive projects through the use of strong organizational, planning, and time management.
The incumbent will also manage project management abilities, innovation, and teamwork.
The incumbent will work with executive level management staff, program staff, and key stakeholders as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications
Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:
Considerable experience in long-term services and supports to include home and community-based supports delivered through Medicaid
Considerable supervisory experience and skills managing and leading a team.
Considerable experience in program development and planning and implementation
Considerable experience in conducting data driven program quality improvement.
Considerable experience in project management including leading project teams and stakeholder groups.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the interpretation application of federal, state laws/regulations.
Experience meeting deadline
Experience with internal/external stakeholders
