Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute for Mission and Strategy for PUR group considering the input from all stakeholders (e.g. from Head of BU, Team Leaders).
• Contribute to implement the defined roadmaps/tasks and report to stakeholders about the progress.
• Mentor PUR colleagues.
• Develop business relationships within and outside the PUR group/location, suppliers, R&D and other functions.
• Participate with HR in recruiting events, when it is requested by direct manager.
• Find synergies cross Bussiness Units.
• BoM Cost optimization.
• Data Management and Data Analytics.
• Act as a voice of Bussiness Division Controls for process, methods and tools.
• Organize and prepare the Sourcing Bundling's for different technologies.
• Contribute in cost reduction programs and product cost optimization.
• Prepare and organize KPIs review in Bussiness Division Controls.
• Identify the risks within PUR activity.
• Support and contribute to Bussiness Division PUR budget planning.

Your Qualifications

• SKILLS: project management, negotiation, technical skills, communication, analytical thinking, supply chain and logistic background, financial understanding.
• EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years in Purchasing Automotive or similar automotve experience.
• Familiar with the automotive processes and tools (SAP, M365 package, other analytic tools).
