POSITION OVERVIEW
NBME® is seeking a Program Manager with a focus toward maintaining alignment of strategic partnership goals for relationship development and management with overall organizational strategy. The Program Manager will provide strategic thought partnership, implement and refine processes, collect, manage and synthesize data, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely and effective process communication and change management efforts for the unit.

Strong candidates for the Program Manager position will be collaborative and results driven, will demonstrate excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; have high emotional intelligence, and possess the ability to proactively manage and prioritize multiple, time-sensitive tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support execution of strategic partnership goals for relationship development and management within the House of Medicine.
•Assess ongoing stakeholder needs and identify enhancement opportunities for practices and processes.
•Maintain and track data and drive process implementation.
•Assess process implementation progress with metrics and make recommendations to support continuous improvement.
•Strategize, develop, and execute plans for data collection and management, focused on integration with CRM software.
•Recommend enhanced frameworks for managing and visualizing data.
•Maintain and update process documentation and manage related timelines for meetings, data collection, etc.
•Prepare internal and external meeting and communication materials.
•Manage unit SharePoint site.
•Establish and manage program-related projects with minimal supervision.
•Facilitate unit triage of requests for NBME panelists, speakers, etc.
•Analyze and synthesize information to enhance and refresh tools and resources.
•Create and refine informational materials, including network maps, executive summaries, and other reports as requested.
•Track staff engagement, monitor progress on established metrics, lead survey development and distribution, collect and summarize feedback.
•Provide a high level of accessibility to internal team members. Resolve issues or effectively triage them to other units or organizations as appropriate.
•Keep current on a wide range of issues related to medical education and assessment and share knowledge for the benefit of other staff.
•Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders at NBME and facilitate a systematic understanding of staff connections to and within the broader House of Medicine.
•Collaborate on special projects to support progression of NBME strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Organizational Studies, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
•Proven success in cross-functional or inter-organizational relationship management, strategy execution, or a related role.
•High emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptivity.
•Ability to rapidly connect and synthesize discrete pieces of information and discern patterns.
•Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•Ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
•Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, develop and execute a plan, and manage change.
•Ability to manage, manipulate, analyze, and summarize data.
•Familiarity with medical education and assessment organizations is a plus.
•Facility with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Lucidchart and Visio a plus.
