The RN plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience.  The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities. About us:

Current and valid California RN licensure.2. One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.3. Basic Life Support (BLS); hands-on CPR certification.4. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications:1. Associate degree with one year of home health care experience. Pay Transparency:Range: $55.00 to $60.00 an hour.
