SENIOR PLANS ANALYST

GS-14 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of deliberate and adaptive planning procedures and their relationship to contingency engineering and exercise planning and support; Understanding of Joint Chiefs of Staff and unified command policies, functions and operations; Analyzing and assessing the validity of engineering objectives and goals; and Maintaining relationships in regard to partnering on work projects, liaise, communicating both orally and written.
