Come be a part of our success story!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, they would provide a full range of legal support on all kind of PV legal project related matters, with a particular focus on the transactional phase (M&amp;A). The main function will be to provide legal support to project development and transactional activities from their early stage to their implementation with a focus on the German market, but with some international exposure.</p><ul><li>Drafting and negotiating MOU, Terms Sheets and JV Agreements.</li><li>Providing legal support during the lifecycle of the PV projects, especially during the transactional phase (M&amp;A)</li><li>Support and review of general project contracts (EPC, O&amp;M and AMA mainly)</li><li>Provide legal support during PPA negotiation and Project Finance phase.</li><li>Instructing and managing external legal advisors</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Law degree (German Preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in cross border scenarios</li><li>Proficiency in negotiation of contracts (SPAs, JVs, EPC and PPAs) in German and English language</li><li>Proactive and team player.</li><li>Ability to identify and manage complex legal issues across several jurisdictions</li><li>You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment<br/> Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills</li><li>German and English full professional competence is mandatory</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>An opportunity for professional and personal growth, in a leading economic sector, renewable energy</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Open-minded and highly motivated team</li><li>A varied range of tasks in a very dynamic business</li><li>An environment that encourages both, teamwork and individual responsibility</li><li>A highly independent job and flexible working environment encouraging self-control and motivation to balance personal and professional life</li></ul>
