About the role

The Principal Product Manager, Growth Strategy for CX is responsible for designing and driving strategic initiatives that unlock growth across the Customer Experience (CX) portfolio. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, shaping global and regional GTM strategies, and aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to deliver against aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate is both analytical and visionary, with deep experience in strategy development, customer insights, and digital experience technologies.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping

Develop and own the multi-year CX growth strategy, including market expansion, sales plays, and product adoption acceleration.

Partner with Product and Sales leadership to define strategic bets, investment priorities, and customer value propositions.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic choices.

Size new opportunities and emerging markets (e.g., AI in CX, digital service automation).

Growth Playbook Development

Design global and regional sales plays, value propositions, and industry-specific approaches that drive CX pipeline and bookings growth.

Translate high-level strategic concepts into operational GTM programs and execution frameworks.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on growth priorities.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on growth levers and execution risks.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Define and track key growth KPIs (e.g., pipeline velocity, ACV, win rates, expansion).

Continuously evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and optimize based on data.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Strategy, GTM, or Growth roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology.

Deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) technologies (e.g., CRM, service automation, loyalty, marketing automation).

Experience designing and executing large-scale growth or transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.

Proven leadership ability with a track record of influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Product Strategy.

Experience in launching industry-specific GTM programs (e.g., CX in Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom).

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in the context of customer engagement.

Success Metrics:

Achievement of CX pipeline growth targets and regional sales play performance

New market entry and product adoption milestones

Stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with growth strategy

Strategic insights translated into actionable plans

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
