About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of key team activities by providing essential administrative support to executives, their staffs, and other organizations as appropriate. This role requires good energy, strong communication skills, the ability to grasp team dynamics, knowing when to push and when to be patient, sharp focus, attention to detail, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars for executives, both day-to-day and in special situations (conferences, vacation, unexpected circumstances, etc.).
  2. Schedule meetings and managing ongoing changes with key stakeholders including customers, partners, analysts, industry influencers, and more.
  3. Handle communication on behalf of executives and staff across email, Slack, text, and other channels.
  4. Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
  5. Assist with budget preparation and track spend.
  6. Manage procurement, including onboarding suppliers, opening and processing requisitions, tracking payment, coordinating Oracle procurement and contracting teams to resolve supplier issues, and helping manage performance to budget. 
  7. Analyze ongoing operations and provide regular updates to management including identifying areas for improvement.
  8. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  9. Support/staff team events, including tracking key event workstreams and staff participation, assisting with travel for all attendees, purchasing event supplies, and some travel to work at conferences in person as needed.

  9. Understanding of the basic principles of data management.
  10. Familiarity with legal/corporate compliance concepts and requirements.

US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
