This position is responsible for general oversight and coordination of the Cook Childrens Health Plan (CCHP) Parent Partner Program.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Parent or legal guardian of a child or youth with special health care needs. Familiar with community, state and federal resources available to Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs. Ability to speak in public. Basic personal computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., word processing, e-mail, calendar). Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. Must pass Spanish test prior to hire.
