Regional Program Coordinator 
We’re looking for a Regional Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will work with our customer’s sales force to execute regional society engagements. Responsible for internal compliance approval, contracting, and payments, the Regional Program Coordinator is in a client facing, "front line" communication position, often tasked with managing escalation for client questions and requests. They also act as a resource for clients, partners, and other staff with regard to guidelines, procedures, and processes.

 

Your responsibilities 
•    Manage internal compliance approval process, as well as contracts and payments for regional society events.
•    Build partnerships with societies and organizations hosting regional events, and look for efficiency opportunities.
•    Interface with clients and show organizers; troubleshoot situations immediately and effectively.  
•    Data management within project management system for each project from conception through execution. 

 

You’re good at 
•    Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills and are calm under pressure.  You can work independently and be a team player. 
•    Providing superior customer service. You go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. 
•    Extremely detail oriented projects and have excellent organizational skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Microsoft Office Suite, HTML

 

You might also have 
•    A high school degree or higher
•    One year of experience in a support role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or meeting planning industry.
