Production Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading international in power-generating solutions, we are currently looking for a self-driven Production Manager, to join their fast-growing team.

Your day-to-day

• Lead and oversee the assembly of power generator sets, including the integration of engines and generators into GenSets
• Take responsibility for the construction of steel structures primarily through welding, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Manage the quality of steel constructions, including implementing quality control procedures and training staff
• Oversee the construction of control panels for GenSets, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Ensure product quality through comprehensive monitoring of the production process from steel construction to on-site customer acceptance
• Monitor incoming materials and ensure the quality of delivered materials and components
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all relevant safety standards
• Organize and supervise production processes to ensure efficient workflows
• Introduce and monitor quality standards in the operation, including staff training and implementation of quality control procedures
• Coordinate various organizational tasks related to the branch in Greece

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing production in the machinery and equipment manufacturing sector, preferably in power generator assembly and control panel construction
• Proficient in welding and steel structure manufacturing
• Experience in quality management of steel structures, including implementing quality control procedures and staff training
• Competence in assembling engines and generators into GenSets, as well as building control panels for these aggregates
• Excellent organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Fluent in English and Greek
