Radiologic Technologist Lead

Join CentraCare as a Radiologic Technologist Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing staff schedules, monthly meetings, and serving as a liaison between technologists and leadership. Oversee protocol management, performance evaluations, and policy adherence in collaboration with the Imaging Clinical Daily Operations Manager. 

SCHEDULE

• Full-time | 60-80 hours every two weeks 
• Rotating day/evening shifts | Monday-Friday
• Every 5th weekend | rotating holidays

PAY & BENEFITS

• Starting pay begins at $32.34 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range:  $32.34-48.52 per hour
•  $15,000 Student loan repayment OR up to $7,500 hiring bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates

QUALFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist OR Associate's Degree in Radiology 
• 2 years or more of work-related skill or experience
• Member of AART or registry eligible

Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Full-time or Part-time status may impact bonus amount.
