About the role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides project execution oversight from a safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance perspective.
  • Provides leadership and mentorship in support of project field leadership performance and development, utilizing LMS Talent Management processes and tools.
  • Establish and maintain site-level Client relationships.
  • Support the development of regional financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Operations and regional/strategic BD representation regarding business pursuits.
  • Collaborate with business development counterpart(s).
  • Collaborate with Operations counterparts regarding indirect and direct resource allocations.
  • Collaborates with support departments to achieve timely deployment of required department representation / SMEs (i.e. safety, quality, field accounting, etc.).
  • Support “bundling” and “pull-through” opportunities with committed and prospective Clients.
  • Support CIRC development and rollout.
  • Leads project-level “special initiatives” identified by senior leadership (i.e. rolling stock, hand safety, stop work authority, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Formal OTJ or Apprentice Program
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Good work ethic, excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Project, and Windows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with contract review, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current or Former Zachry
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Experience with Safety Management Systems or other databases.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi-limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely.
