Recent Grad: Business Analyst
Location: Tysons, Virginia (In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Collaborate and Contribute
Work closely with the WGL Energy leadership team to support daily operations and support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prepare, update, and refine executive PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate key business insights and updates.
Conduct research and analysis to support informed business decisions.
Take ownership of key projects and initiatives that provide real-world exposure to cross-functional operations.
Identify opportunities to improve growth, strategy, and operational excellence.
Participate in departmental planning and performance monitoring by gathering data, analyzing results, and presenting actionable insights.

Who You Are
A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience through internships, co-op placements, or other professional opportunities that showcase your commitment to your field of study and career aspirations.
A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple priorities effectively, and delivers exceptional results.
Analytical and strategic thinker who enjoys working with data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, capable of creating polished, impactful executive presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and professionally.
