About the job you’re considering
Technical Program Manager to manage multiple project and stakeholders with the ability to provide solution architecture and increase efficiency.
Qualifications include
o 6-8 years of experience
o Degrees or certifications required: Bachelors in engineering is required
o 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
o 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
o Experience managing partners within a partner ecosystem
Your role
o Work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions.
o Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
o Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. Coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
o Deliver on roadmaps for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.
o Drive continuous improvements by, automation, validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics.
o Contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.
Your skills and experience
o Strong experience working with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Kusto (KQL), Power BI
o Experience working with Visio, Visual Studio
o Good to have experience of Windows Hardware Lab Kit
