Community Services Assistant

Responsible for answering phones, offering assistance to customers/clients, providing the appropriate service and/or resources. Is responsible to build calendar for the Perinatal Program and to assign instructors specific to their qualifications. Assists with the patients seen at MBAC including paperwork and assigning to specific nurses. Able to schedule patients for appropriate programs and time slots. Oversees breast pump rentals, obtains accurate information from clients and processes payments. Responsible for the cleaning, accurate inventory and timely return of rental products. Responsible for assisting customers with the boutique, managing the cash register and daily cash count and records for monthly stats.

Required Qualification: 

• 1 year of Office experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare environment.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
