Job Summary
At the legendary Delusion, every guest’s adventure begins with you. As FOH Event Staff, you’ll be the point of contact for thousands of thrill-seekers—answering questions, directing traffic, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every visitor’s journey runs smoothly from the moment they arrive until the chilling finale.
You are the bridge between the magic behind the scenes and the memories guests take home.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Host Duties

Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their visit, providing a welcoming and engaging first impression.

Offer clear, professional verbal communication when giving directions or explaining attraction procedures.

Answer questions confidently and resolve guest concerns in a friendly, solutions-oriented manner.

Anticipate needs and proactively assist guests, from ticketing to navigating the venue.
Crowd & Traffic Flow Management

Guide guests through entrances, exits, and queuing areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Monitor crowd flow and resolve bottlenecks quickly, keeping lines moving while maintaining top-notch guest experiences.

Remain alert to safety issues, unusual behavior, or guest needs, and address them promptly.
Immersive Experience Support

Stay in character or adapt to themed environments as needed to preserve the immersive atmosphere.

Communicate effectively with performers, security, and fellow staff to coordinate guest movement and timing.

Assist with maintaining themed areas and ensuring décor and props are guest-ready.
Safety & Security Awareness

Watch for hazards and communicate any concerns to management immediately.

Assist in emergency situations with calm, clear directions and reassuring guest support.

Support security efforts to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and professional in all guest interactions.
- Hospitality or customer service experience, ideally in live events, museums, theaters, theme parks, or escape rooms.
- Ability to give directions and explain procedures confidently to individuals and groups.
- Proven conflict resolution skills, remaining calm under pressure and turning challenges into positive experiences.
