Our ONE Experian Health culture is the centerpiece of making this happen. Our aspiration is to bring people together who are driven by purpose and want to make a difference.  We strive to have a diverse group of people and minds who are:</em></p><ul><li><strong><em><u>O</u></em></strong><strong><em>PEN: </em></strong><em>Have a growth mindset and collaborate often with others to make things happen</em></li><li><strong><em><u>N</u></em></strong><strong><em>IMBLE:  </em></strong><em>Always embracing change and pushing the envelope on innovative ways to solve problems</em></li><li><strong><em><u>E</u></em></strong><strong><em>FFECTIVE:  </em></strong><em>Accountable to themselves and to others</em></li></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p><u>The <strong>Product Manager</strong> will be responsible for managing and growing Experian Health’s Data Platform Solutions and driving new data products, product enhancements, and supporting go-to-market strategies.</u></p><p><em>This person will also assess competitor products, services, and market trends to strengthen Experian Health’s solution set in the market as well as lead business process improvement projects, partnerships, and product marketing strategies.</em></p><p>Responsibilities included, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Product expertise:<ul><li>Thorough understanding of the product capabilities and treating data as product capabilities and understanding how platform/product interact with data and their dependencies.  Ability to define product features and problem statement, define service blueprints and aligning features to a roadmap to support company strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering partners for defining best practices for technological enablement of products supported on the platform.</li></ul></li><li>Product development:<ul><li>Define design of new data products, data services and features and work with development to refine into product requirements.</li></ul></li><li>Product Ownership: <ul><li>Create Feature Epics, Author stories and managed team backlog and associated Product Owner duties on engaging and working with the development scrum team to deliver capabilities.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-functional management:<ul><li>Organize feature priorities across multiple development teams, communicate outcomes and decisions, and work across businesses as well as functional areas (development, legal, compliance, marketing, implementation, pricing, etc.) and practice strong influencing skills.</li></ul></li><li>Market knowledge:<ul><li>Perform market research, competitive analysis / profiles, emerging technologies, and stay well informed of market trends and regulatory changes impacting solution area.</li></ul></li><li>Product support:<ul><li>Design and revise product brochures, infographics, client presentations, white papers, demonstrations, ongoing product specific questions.</li></ul></li><li>Sales support:<ul><li>Support client meetings, contract negotiations, pricing questions, sales trainings, sales support tools, etc.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><u><strong>8+ years of experience product management experience required.</strong></u></li><li><u><strong>Experience working with the concepts of managing data as a product within a platform centric domain.  </strong></u></li><li><u><strong>Experience within the healthcare technology industry is a must-have requirement.</strong></u></li><li><u><strong>Experience of developing data solutions within vendor solutions such as Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Mongo preferred.</strong></u></li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.<ul><li>Must be able to interact with various prospect administration levels, including Director and VP level and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support).</li></ul></li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and to work both independently, and as a team member in a fast paced, remote environment.</li><li>Highly self-motivated / goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</l
