About the Role: 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Lead Agile Practitioner to join our dynamic software engineering team. This role is pivotal in guiding teams to embrace agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with practical experience in implementing Scrum at Scale or SAFe methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Transformation: Lead and support the transition to agile methodologies across software development teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

• Coaching and Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance their agile capabilities and promote effective collaboration. 

• Scrum at Scale or SAFe Implementation: Help guide the integration of elements of Scrum at Scale or SAFe methodologies into our software development lifecycle , optimizing processes for scalability and efficiency. 

• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices. 

• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure agile principles are understood and adopted, promoting transparency and communication. 

• Training: Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build agile competencies within the organization. 

• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics to measure team performance and the impact of agile practices on project delivery. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum principles, with proven success in implementing software projects using Scrum at Scale or SAFe methodologies. 

• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certifications preferred. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus. 

• Skills: Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage team members and stakeholders. 

• Mindset: A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for driving change and fostering a collaborative team environment. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
