About the role

In this position…

The Ford ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) Feature Analytics team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help lead the implementation of our ADAS Metrics Framework and ADAS Triage Workflow. Work alongside the Help Me Drive, Help Me Avoid Collisions, Help Me See & Be Aware, and Help Me Tow & Hitch teams to utilize analytics to help drive feature improvements that create optimal ADAS experiences for our customers. 

What you'll do…

  • Be an agile leader on the team, serving as the team's scrum leader 
  • Manage end to end processes for ADAS Feature Triage
    • Track development drives plans 
    • Manage development drive triage and analytics requirements 
    • Assign triage events to team based on priority 
    • Manage the triage and analytics deliverables for each development drive in Jira
  • Track feature team analytics requirements and needs, own roadmap for delivery, and manage the deliverables from the analytics team in Jira 
  • Lead effective team meetings & drive to closure objectives established in each meeting 
  • Be a vitale member of a team working to create a world class analytics platform across the Ford ADAS community 

You'll have…

  • Bachelor's Degreee in Engineering or similar 
  • Over 1 year experience in agile 
  • Over 2 years experience in techinical program management 
  • Over 2 years experience working in ADAS or related field

This position is a salary grade 7.
