The individual will be organized and professional with strong leadership skills, involves leading a team, addressing escalated issues, and ensuring that all admission-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support Welcome Desk Associates to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Oversees and monitors orientation, admissions and testing processes to ensure a smooth transition into the college for new students.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for admissions policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated inquiries from students, parents, and internal departments.
  • Provide accurate information on admissions requirements, programs, and services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through data collection and analysis to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with admissions policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support enrollment and student success.
  • Manage and update admissions-related documentation and systems.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required,
  • Bachelor's or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Minimum two to four years (2-4) of experience in higher education setting in similar position.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working with diverse student populations, and working in admissions preferred.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and Google Workspace to include, docs, sheets, data studio, slides, forms and chat.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel is preferred.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and build and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff across the entire college.
