About the Role

Our client is seeking an expert to develop and execute multiple marketing projects from scratch. This full-time, long-term contract position requires a mid-level experienced candidate who can commit to working on-site for the entire project duration. The main goal is to create and implement strategies that will maximise traffic for various real estate initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for multiple real estate projects
• Create and execute strategies to increase traffic and engagement for each project
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and effective marketing channels
• Implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
