Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Senior Consultant - IBP (Integrated Business Plan)  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end planning processes. This position leads the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, encompassing multiple products in the pharmaceutical industry. The role drives strategic supply chain optimization, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable product supply, optimal inventory management, and support for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize product availability, inventory levels, and cost efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement of IBP processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness
  • Oversee supply risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure product availabilityfor users
  • Manage portfolio optimization initiatives to balance supply constraints with commercial priorities
  • Support new product launches and lifecycle management from a supply chain perspective
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and drive improvements
  • Lead crisis management for supply disruptions, implementing effective resolution strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in supply chain operations
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, and other functions to ensure integrated planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with Global Franchise Heads to align supply chain strategies with commercial priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles / or as a senior consultant
  • Demonstrated experience in IBP/S&OP processes in a global pharmaceutical or biotech environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
  • Experience working with specialty pharmaceutical products
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements
  • Experience in supporting new product launches and managing product lifecycle transitions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management capabilities with experience leading strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • French proficiency
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or other relevant professional certifications
  • Experience with SAP and advanced planning systems
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • International work experience or experience managing global supply chains
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation
  • Understanding of GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution
  • Experience in managing biologics supply
