Senior Fullstack Engineer

You will

• Develop and deploy robust backend APIs, real-time data pipelines, and scalable infrastructure for enterprise and internal systems using Python
• Design secure, intuitive, and user-centric frontend applications using React to provide dynamic consumer experiences
• Champion a product-oriented mindset, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of features that align with user needs and business goals
• Identify opportunities to enhance developer efficiency through innovative tools and streamlined processes
• Take ownership of diverse systems, driving projects from concept to successful launch
• Collaborate closely with visionary founders, industry experts, and professionals to ensure the highest quality solutions

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of software development experience 
• Experience working with React web applications
• Proficiency in Python scripting and development tasks 
• Familiarity with both AWS and modern DevOps tooling (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to take a concept and systematically drive it through the software lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, q/a, and deployment
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and independent work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Previous experience technically leading teams or driving technical directions is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering management concepts is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards operational challenges
