On Location JO Paris 2024 : As the Official Hospitality Provider of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, On Location will be offering a range of hospitality products which include the two Opening Ceremonies in Paris : Olympic Opening Ceremony (CER1) and Paralympic Opening Ceremony (CER3).

With a global expected attendance of up to 13 000 guests in 19 different venues for CER1 the Ceremony Venue Manager is a key role with responsibility of producing high end experiences to the guests on one main venue on CER1.

It is a key role with a primary responsibility for the final preparations and world-class operations of his/her venue in conjunction with the venue owner/operator as well as P24 and OLE FAs plus internal and external stakeholders.

This role will work within On Location’s Event Production Department and under the supervision CER1 team and directly of the Cluster Director and Cluster Manager (in charge of several venues), to create and execute a hospitality program that delivers memorable guests experiences. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Being the eyes and ears on-site as well as the safeguard of the Event Production team and more globally of the company.

• Manage, under the direction of the Cluster Director, one official hospitality venue for the Paris Olympic Games Opening Ceremony 

• Update and develop key operational documentation initiated by the cluster managers, existing or upcoming tools, policies & procedures.

• Support (in some cases lead) on-site working visits and other visits/tours leading up to the Olympic games.
• Manage all the needs and services (F&B, hostesses, security, entertainment, gifting, branding, cleaning, guest appearance) to create, produce and deliver a memorable experience to the guests in one venue.
• Manage the relation with the venue operator -when there is one- or the production agency. 

• Support the Cluster Director in various aspects of the preparation and production of the hospitality program for CER1.
• Work in coordination with P24 team ( accreditation, security, delivery, P24 production agency, access …)
• Work in coordination with the OL teams (F&B, gifting, ticketing, branding, decoration, security, hostesses, signage, entertainment)  
• Track sustainability obligations as defined by Paris 2024 Organizing Committee, encourage and support the use of sustainable products, when available.

• Produce debriefs and final reports.
