Outside Sales

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets while providing best in class customer service. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Responsibilities

• Make regular sales calls to determine client needs
• Assist clients with special requests and problems 
• Prepare and present special quotations
• Establish new accounts
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction
• Achieve or exceed sales targets
• Stay abreast of product developments, changes in local codes and consumer preferences
• Participate in trade association functions, networking events, etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Starting pay range $65,000 - $100,000

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within a local territory
• Valid driver's license and a driving record which meets underwriting standards
