Job Summary

The Manager Distribution and Inventory Control manages efficient and effective shipping and receiving. The manager is responsible for the waster avoidance(adjustments/obsolescence) by no more than 2% of inventory value. Ensures supply technicians are proficiently trained on inventory control procedures with regular monitoring and audit report. Manager is accountable for meeting the goals of Distribution, Shipping and Receiving and Inventory Control.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership role with inventory control PAR level optimization required and in a healthcare setting preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in analytics related to inventory control, PAR level optimization, and labor productivity supervision required. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in automated logistics and distribution required and in a healthcare setting preferred.  Expertise on supply storage layout principles. Expertise of automated materials management information system/ERP.
