To support our scale, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join the HR team.As we grow, we're opening this new position to accompany the scale of the company for 2024 & beyond.

Are you ready to elevate your career to new heights? Working closely with our vibrant Talent Acquisition Team Manager, you'll become an essential part of our team of 7, comprising 6 Talent Acquisition Managers. In this role, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to lead and empower 3 Talent Acquisition Managers dedicated to the Corporate and Finance Business Unit!
Your Missions:
Leadership (30% of the position):
-Lead and guide your team of 3 TAs dedicated to the Corporate and Finance Business Unit, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.-Drive the setup of TA projects to ensure your team achieves its goals.-Ensure the team's OKRs are updated and aligned with overall company objectives.-Follow the entire business plan of the Business Unit through team rituals and report the data to the TA Team Manager.
Operational (70% of the position):
-Source top fintech talent across Europe: Utilize innovative strategies to actively seek out the best profiles, leveraging dedicated platforms and networks.-Spearhead outbound initiatives: Develop sourcing materials that amplify the company's recruitment efforts, championing innovation and success.-Enhance our Talent Pool Management to maximize potential.-Provide personalized support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience.-Contribute to nurturing our employer brand.
Your work track record should reflect the following:
-Between 5 and 8 years of proven experience as a Recruiter in the dynamic realm of technology, whether within an organization or agency.-Showcase your passion for coaching and mentorship through prior experience in leadership roles.-Embrace a culture of innovation and collaboration, with a dedication to shaping extraordinary outcomes.-Flourish in an organized, data-informed environment, with an eye for detail and quality.-Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
