Job Description

You will be the Configuration and Data Management intern supporting the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense (LTIAMD) Production and Development programs.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Analyzing the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) for contract and task compatibility and resolving conflicts
· Working closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and data owners to coordinate timely CDRL/SDRL submittals and maintain accurate program metrics
· Loading and updating CDRL/SDRL tracking tools and websites
· Issuing data delivery schedules and reviewing contract schedules for changes
· Managing data for unclassified contracts, ensuring strict security and configuration management compliance
· Analyzing proposed product design changes, assessing system impact, and developing change order packages
· Verifying that customer requirements are fully implemented throughout the change control lifecycle
· Monitoring configuration status accounting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management policies

Basic Qualifications

· Working towards a degree in one of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
· Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks
· Possess good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Desired skills

· Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and capable of creating status and tracking reports for management and customers
· Experience with Product Data Management tools
· Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation
· Has an active Secret clearance
