To reach this ambition we are looking for a project Business experienced HRBP who will have the accountability to support the business project team to build the capabilities needed to develop the business.</span></p> <p><span>You come from Business Project environments, ideally in the Building environment or closed activities. You are successful to build robust people and organization capabilities to support an ambitious strategy.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>You have built strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner on:  Business strategy, Organizational Design &amp; Effectiveness, Change management, Project management and Communication.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>As part of our HRBP Community you will report to the Group HRBP Vice-President.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Your main responsibilities</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Understand business project trends, business models, financial acumen and contribute to build business strategy with the project team</span></li> <li><span>Provide strategic and consultive services related to organization &amp; people</span></li> <li><span>Anticipate, influence and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure responding to business strategy</span></li> <li><span>Partner with Business Leaders to assess organization effectiveness by identifying  and evaluating structures, capabilities and behaviors.</span></li> <li><span>Plan and ensure execution of HR project management activities with the support of the HR centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, C&amp;B, HRIS, Learning &amp; Development, Talent Management and People Solutions).</span></li> <li><span>Support the End to End operating model and contribute to the change management cross-functions.</span></li> <li><span>Be a role model to the company culture, inspire and engage Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.</span></li> <li><span>Build a strong internal network and ensure a strict respect of legal obligations</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Your profile</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>You have approx. 10-15 years of experience including :</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Operational HR/ HR Business partnering or Business profile with strong people acumen</span></li> <li><span>International experience</span></li> <li><span>People management</span></li> <li><span>Project management (leading transformations),</span></li> <li><span>A support function/expert role experience is a plus,</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Full professional proficiency in English + German or French is a plus</span></li> <li><span>You have a strong business acumen</span></li> <li><span>You are able to foster change within a matrix environment</span></li> <li><span>You have extensive communication and facilitation skills</span></li> <li><span>You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment</span></li> <li><span>You are customer and solution-oriented</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Our offer </b><br/> You can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
