EquipmentShare is Hiring a Program Manager, Branch Launches

EquipmentShare is searching for a Program Manager to support our Omnichannel Experience team as the department continues to grow.  This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.  

The Program Manager will be responsible for our branch launch strategy and execution for EquipmentShare’s rental business. This role will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, working directly with business, sales, real estate, PR, and marketing teams to support the launches of rental branches. The ideal candidate will be analytical, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Primary Responsibilities for a Program Manager- Brand Launches:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy and launch workback plan to support the setup and first 90 days post branch launch
• Coordinate with PR and our Events teams to support any event marketing efforts to support launches.
• Develop and implement strategies to support first year branch milestones at T+180 and T+270 days, including developing playbooks and collateral to support branch optimization and growth.
• Work closely and partner with key stakeholders, such as the New Market, construction, and real estate teams to stay up to date on launch schedules and integrate marketing activities into the larger workback plan.
• Create and drive a regular update mechanism to communicate progress to leadership and new market team stakeholders.
• Develop and track against a budget.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of product marketing or strategy experience 
• Strong collaboration, detail orientation, project management, and market research skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Construction or Fleet Management Industry
