As a Senior Associate in our Outsourced Accounting Services group, you will be a valued member of our team and build relationships with our outsourcing clients. The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.
How you will contribute:
Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:

• General ledger importing or synchronization
• Accounts payable processing, including Bill.com
• Post Payroll journal entries
• Bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Depreciation schedule preparation and review
• Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance
• Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements
• Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
• Various software application implementation projects
• Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues
