Data Analyst (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Data Analyst (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

We’re on the look for a data-enthusiast for our Customer Service Intelligence team with the above traits.
This team is the analytic arm of the Domain Customer Service in Flix Mobility Tech. It’s a team that delves into the realm of data that is produced from the domain and from external sources, to put together a comprehensive data mart that help the teams & the stakeholders themselves get meaningful insights about customer service from the customers’ perspective.
With most recent development, the team is going to flex its muscle in both reporting & dashboarding capabilities to help enable workforce & productivity management of our customer service representatives as well.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Transform complex data sets into easily understandable visualizations for stakeholders to deliver powerful & meaningful insight.
• Work closely with other data analysts, product owners, and data engineers within the Customer Service Intelligence team to achieve common goals.
• Collaborate with other teams in the customer service domain to understand their data needs and provide analytic value delivery.
• Analyze customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate insights that contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
• Bring in your expertise to work on Continuous & Performance Improvements of our existing analytic capabilities.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and bring your strengths to your role and the Analysts community.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability in all analytical outputs..
• Constantly work with the Data Engineer to understand the data ecosystem and help strength the data strategy for the domain.
• Be Agile and participate in the Agile Way of Working, one of our key strengths to better engineering

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Experience working with tech teams for at least 2 years in a Data Analyst or similar role
• At least 2 years of experience with building reports & dashboards for insights in Power BI, Tableau or similar in-memory visualization tool.
• You’re strong-mid to advanced user in SQL, predominantly focused in extracting & manipulating data from complex relational database (SnowFlake in our instance).
• ETL / ELT understanding & the underlying work of data engineering to help improve the design of the DataMart.
• Attentive to detail with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Solution oriented & propose solutions whenever there is a problem or blocker.
• Proactively coordinate with people across disciplines to develop a solution.
