  • Design and deliver architectural improvements that reduce user friction, increase stability, enhance security, and improve user experience
  • Optimize and manage our endpoint and network management tools including Remote Browser Isolation, AnyConnect VPN, Cisco Meraki, and multi-cloud compute systems
  • Provide supplementary endpoint support, identity services, and system administration support for a scrappy team of IT generalists

Qualifications

The experiences you will bring:

  • Familiar with configuration management technologies (git plus Chef, Ansible, etc.)
  • Experience managing monitoring and alerting solutions such as Nagios, Splunk, Pagerduty, Grafana, Cloudwatch, or equivalent
  • AWS Lambda experience is a bonus - we leverage Terraform for much of the IT Infrastructure you’ll be helping to build.

  • Experience with cloud-based Single Sign-On systems and engage hands on supporting an SSO environment with multi-factor authentication a strong plus
  • Experience supporting on premise infrastructure and/or applications including Atlassian, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Workspace, a plus

Your focus on values, and attributes positions you for success:

  • You’re available for rotating on-call to support P0 (business critical/work stoppage) issues within your local timezone.
  • You personally enjoy contributing to the security community and driving our industry to do better.
  • Able to earn the respect of the technical team on the basis of crisp execution, technical depth, hands-on style, and strategic decision making ability.
  • Strong presence; good communicator and highly influential both externally as well as internally at the executive level and across the organization.
  • A self starter that can work independently and collaboratively across multiple workstreams without technical program management support.
