Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic short-term rehabilitation team. We're committed to helping patients regain strength, skills, and confidence to return to their highest level of function after recovering from conditions like joint replacement, cardiac events, and stroke.

About Our Team:

You will become part of a large, close-knit, and multidisciplinary team, including occupational and speech therapists, physical therapy assistants, and rehab aides. We offer specialized programs, including Acute Neuro Rehab, Aquatic Pool Therapy, and Pain Management to further enhance your skills and provide a wide range of treatment options for patients. We also provide personalized laptops to facilitate fast and efficient documentation.
