Position Summary Details The Lead Window Washer is responsible for overseeing and performing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial properties. This role includes supervising window cleaning crews, ensuring safety compliance, managing schedules, training new team members, and delivering outstanding customer service while meeting company standards.     Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour  depending on experience.  The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.    Shift: Full time. This position requires someone who can be flexible with their time. Depending on the job you may be asked to work Nights or Days.

  Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise window cleaning crews on assigned commercial projects. Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using ladders, lifts, water-fed poles, and other equipment as needed. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and routes. Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates, concerns, and special requests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs or maintenance issues. Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety guidelines, including proper use of fall protection equipment. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.   Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional window cleaning experience, preferably in commercial settings. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to operate lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment safely. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, including fall protection and ladder safety. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.   Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods. Comfortable working at elevated heights for prolonged periods.
