Position Specifics

The National Recruiter will oversee, manage, and develop the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition operation for corporate and school based talent. Coordinate with the internal team to build an aggressive college recruiting program. Establish a sophisticated full cycle recruiting program from job requisition to new employee onboarding.

Minimum Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of comprehensive full cycle recruiting experience and knowledge of recruiting and sourcing methods and systems. Prior charter or private school recruiting experience preferred along with an understanding of Classical Schools. Ability to use creativity to find qualified and dedicated new team members. Experience with high volume recruiting in a growth based operation.
