What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical projects, from initial planning to launch and post-launch evaluation.

• Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Plan and conduct release management and project grooming ceremonies with cross-functional teams.

• Identify risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support informed technical discussions by understanding system dependencies across platforms, software, and data.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

• 5+ years working closely with technology teams, ideally in healthcare, regulated industries, or product-related environments.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects with engineering and product teams.

• Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks.

• Ability to conduct data analysis and leverage technical tools for decision-making.

• Solid understanding of system architectures and technical dependencies.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
