You will guide them through transforming their strategy execution process and implementing the Workpath platform. This means your role ranges from being a change consultant and strategy execution advisor to an account manager, enabling the transition of our customers to outcome-focused organizations.<br/><br/><p><strong><span>Your most important goals </span></strong></p><ul><li><p>Advise and guide customers in <strong>implementing and scaling their strategy execution process</strong> using our SaaS strategy execution platform</p></li><li><p>Lead <strong>Onboardings as transformation projects</strong>, driving adoption and measurable results</p></li><li><p>Identify <strong>customer needs and challenges</strong> through data and interactions to recommend the right mix of platform features, consulting or enablement</p></li><li><p>Drive <strong>platform adoption, ensure renewals</strong>, and <strong>support customer growth</strong> through strategic account planning and development </p></li><li><p>Facilitate <strong>Business Reviews, workshops,</strong> and <strong>strategy execution trainings</strong> to share insights with executive stakeholders</p></li><li>Act as the bridge between customers and our product team, influencing future <strong>platform development</strong> and <strong>co-creating solutions</strong></li></ul></p> <h3>What We Are Looking For</h3> <p>Energy and motivation matter most to us, we do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all profile for this role.
