Senior Systems Engineer
At this level, the Senior Systems Engineer supports highly complex accounts, managing relationships with executive-level technical staff and decision-makers. The role involves devising innovative approaches and methods to sell enterprise and client products and services.

Key responsibilities include verifying the operability of advanced product and service configurations within the customer’s environment, as well as ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities to support the account team. The Senior Systems Engineer leverages market and industry data to provide thought leadership, effectively positioning the value of solutions.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with third parties and channels to develop and position solutions. The Senior Systems Engineer provides counsel across the account team by analyzing customer requirements, performing advanced systems integration, and offering technical expertise to design and implement solutions using a broad portfolio of products and services.

This is a senior-level position requiring expert understanding of the product and services portfolio. The individual is responsible for qualifying highly complex sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding. They present the design, value, and business case for proposed solutions to customers, prospects, and senior or executive management.
