Job Description

The Associate Director, Medical Impact will play a crucial role in developing the standards, processes and framework for measuring end-to-end medical impact and care gaps, and creating tools for synthesizing insights across Medical Affairs + Health Impact (MHI). This role will serve as a translator between Business Unit (BU) Therapeutic Areas (Tas), International Tas, and the Medical Engagement team to identify capabilities that will contribute to the long-term success of the MHI organization and ensure that the capabilities are being utilized appropriately by the organization. Strong data analytics and communication skills will be essential to success in this role.

This position is based onsite at our Mettawa, IL campus and will follow a hybrid model of 3 days/week onsite.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BU TAs and International Tas, to understand their needs and requirements in order to develop impact and insights capabilities that contribute to the long-term success of the MHI organization.
2. Serve as a translator between BU TAs, International TAs, and the Medical Engagement team to ensure effective communication and understanding of capabilities.
3. Implement standardized processes and frameworks for measuring end-to-end medical impact across MHI.
4. Transform the approach to impact tracking from static, manual report generation to a real-time, dashboard-based approach.
5. Scale Medical Engagement Blueprint across TAs
6. Partner with Real World Evidence (RWE) and HEOR teams to operationalize care gap analytics across TAs.
7. Create tools and methodologies for synthesizing insights from various sources, including field fee
