Sense is seeking a Sales and Marketing Business Systems Analyst to join the Business Operations team. We are looking for someone who has deep experience in Salesforce CRM administration and ABM sales and marketing processes. To succeed, you should love to organize and improve processes, with a strong eye towards prioritization aligned with top company needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with users across the organization to identify ongoing sales and marketing system improvement opportunities, log and prioritize them, and work to execute over time
• Design and implement whole funnel processes and reporting to support multiple sales teams
• Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, as front-line administrator and internal system expert, including user provisioning, roles, and profiles, customizing records, and layouts, as well as end-user training and education
• Communicate with CRM and email support and other third-party integration vendors to resolve system issues and implement new solutions
• Keep up with new releases to our Sales and Marketing SaaS vendors and ensure those that affect us are managed proactively
• Research and support new and existing integration apps between systems, including sales activity tracking, order management, and marketing system

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and customization.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing salesforce instances - roles and profiles, sandbox and deployment management, configuring custom schemas, flow builder, and knowledge of schema best practices.
• Strong understanding of B2B email tools, campaigns, segmentation and their integration with SFDC - experience working with Mailchimp or Klaviyo a plus
• Ability to work independently to execute effectively as well as collaboratively with other team members to create processes that work well for end users.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and the propensity to ask “why.”

Bonus points if you have:

• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Developer, etc.
• Experience with Email Marketing tools and ABM messaging orchestration
• SQL and database experience to collaborate with our internal data team as they build cross-company reporting.
