Meals arrive fresh and are fully prepared- simply heat in the microwave or oven and enjoy!&nbsp;</p> <p>In the fast growing environment of Factor, the newly acquired ready-to-heat brand of HelloFresh, the FSQA department is at the core of ensuring food safety and product quality. Cooking and plating of ready-to-heat meals requires excellence in food handling and environmental cleanliness. The Associate Director of the QA team oversees site level execution as well as business unit wide strategic direction. This includes monitoring and communication of KPIs, overseeing the project execution for improvement, and determining the direction of processes and procedures related to food safety and quality.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will ….</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for food safety and quality by coordinating cross functional departments to achieve food safety and quality objectives in collaboration with other Directors and cross functional team to maximize regulatory compliance and product reliability</li> <li>Develop Quality Assurance and Compliance strategy to align with local, city, state and federal requirements</li> <li>Lead and motivate a team of Sr. Quality Assurance Manager and QA managers and supervisors across multiple facilities</li> <li>Assure the adherence of sites to HACCP plans and ensure compliance with all company FSQA requirements</li> <li>Direct the development and implementation of corporate Food Safety and Quality Assurance plans&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Champion continuous improvement within the teams, driving FSQA KPIs</li> <li>Be the primary contact for high-impact
