<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>Job title - Senior Clinical Trial Feasibility Manager - 4 month assigment (potential to be made p</strong>ermanent)</p> <p><strong>Location - Must be based in any of the following locations: Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain</strong></p> <p><strong>Fully sponsor dedicated</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Clinical Trial Feasibility Manager you will be joining the world’s largest &amp; most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Conduct data mining of internal and external databases and perform data- driven analyses for use in development of robust operational strategies for global clinical trials, including but not limited to study feasibility and benchmarking, competitive trial landscape, protocol complexity, geographic footprint, site identification, and scenario modelling. </li> <li>Research pertinent scientific/clinical information that may include but is not limited to: disease background, current standards of care, how the proposed intervention fits into the current and projected future treatment landscape, and competing therapeutics in clinical development.</li> <li>Support consistency of deliverables and drive development and implementation of best practices. </li> <li>Maintains detailed records of work and creates and maintains internal libraries.</li> <li>Collates the results of the various analyses into a comprehensive, yet concise report, with tables, graphs and all cited references.</li> <li>Participate in the assessment of vendors and data sources that can advance our feasibility capabilities.</li> <li>Robust feasibility analyses enabling study teams to make informed decisions around the clinical trial protocol design and operational plan so that the study can enroll according to timelines and regional targetsEvolve and optimize feasibility analytics and internal processes in collaboration with applicable internal/external stakeholders, in partnership with ODC Design Lead and Design Analytics Lead, </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years in similar feasibility role or study startup</li> <li>Advanced Degree in science, data science, pharmaceutical development required</li> <li>Past experience in CRO, vendor or sponsor feasibility team</li> <li>Experience with clinical development in a biopharmaceutical R&amp;D setting; experience in oncology, neurology, or immunology in particular</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate clearly and actively contribute to team meetings</li> <li>Demonstrated high level of enthusiasm for data driven decision making </li> <li>Proactively addresses and manages risks and issue escalation</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple studies simultaneously</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant operational and feasibility data, applications, and systems used in pharmaceutical industry</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Phase I - III study design and/or operational feasibility, operational planning, enrollment scenario modeling; familiarity with data sources and related analytics</li> <li>Experienced in preparing and presenting complex ideas to non-technical audiences; skilled at telling a story with data.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What ICON can offer you:</strong>Our success depends on the quality of our people.
