Customer Service Representative (Automotive)

Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $18.00 - $20.00

Interviews will start week of 7/28/2025.   Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours.   What You'll Do  

• Answering phone calls to greet, accommodate, and schedule guests for service needs
• Warmly greeting customers and ensuring a pleasurable experience during their visit
• Meet and greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout their visit
• Assisting service porter to move vehicles
• Assisting advisors to gather preliminary information for the write-up process
• Accommodating loaner vehicle requests and staging
• Ensuring a great Customer Service Experience (CSE)
• Perform other duties as needed. 

What You’ll Need  

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
