The Staff Level Marketing Technology Specialist is a crucial leader in overseeing and integrating a comprehensive suite of marketing technologies within our company. This role is responsible for managing CRM systems, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), session recording software (FullStory, Quantum Metrics), and specialized in digital analytics with a deep focus on Adobe Experience Cloud. The candidate will ensure these technologies are synergistically utilized to support and enhance our company's marketing and product initiatives. We seek a highly motivated individual with robust technical proficiency and a strong expertise in digital analytics to optimize marketing efforts and drive data-driven decision making.Outcomes and Activities:
- This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member
- Comprehensive Management of Marketing Technologies: Oversee CRM, marketing automation platforms, session recording tools, and digital analytics applications. Ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality across these platforms.
- Expertise in Digital Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze marketing data, with a specific focus on leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Drive insights that inform marketing strategies and decision making.
- Strategic Integration Management: Develop strategies for how different marketing technologies integrate and interact, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Hands-On Configuration and Management: Actively configure and manage the marketing technology platforms to ensure they are tailored to meet the specific needs of our marketing strategies and operational demands.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to ensure service excellence, negotiate beneficial terms, and manage contracts. Oversee the implementation of vendor solutions to ensure they meet our strategic objectives and integration standards.
- Data Management Leadership: Direct the management of data across systems, maintaining integrity and maximizing analytical capabilities to drive marketing decisions.
- Technology Innovation: Continuously evaluate and update the marketing technology stack to include new tools that enhance marketing effectiveness. Lead the implementation of these technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure marketing technology alignment with business goals. Communicate needs and plans across departments to facilitate cohesive strategies.
- Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the marketing technology platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
